We want you to be completely satisfied with your AROYA Go products. If you've purchased an AROYA Go system, our consumer return policy allows you to return unopened products to Addium within 30 days for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.


Return Authorization Process


  • To initiate a return, please send an email to support@aroyago.io, requesting a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please include your order number in the email.
  • You will receive a response containing detailed instructions on how to proceed, along with your unique RMA number.

  • Clients are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
